Plastic toys
From bath squirts to ride-ons. ABS, PP, TPR, PVC-free elastomers, food-contact silicones. In-house mold making, pad-printing and tampo decoration. Pantone-matched, drop-test certified.
Twenty years of toy manufacturing, an in-house R&D studio of fifty designers, and a sampling line that turns a brief into a hand-finished prototype in seven days. Plastic, wood, and electronics — engineered to clear CE, EN71 and ASTM the first time.
Most of our peers will build whatever drawing you send. We'd rather work upstream of the drawing — interpreting your brief, sketching three directions, pulling samples off the bench, and de-risking compliance before the first mold cuts steel.
Industrial designers sketch alongside mechanical engineers; electronics and firmware sit one desk away from graphic and packaging. Decisions that usually bounce between three vendors happen here in a single afternoon — which is how a brief becomes a sample in a week.
Every brief begins on a blank sheet. We don't copy. Your IP, your tooling — protected by NDA on day one and physical control of files on the studio network.
Designers work with EN71, ASTM F963 and CPSIA limits on the wall. Small-parts gauges, drop-test rigs and pull-force jigs live next to the workbench, not in a distant lab.
SLA, CNC, silicone soft tooling and a 200-ton injection pilot press on site — proving form, fit and assembly before steel molds are committed.
PCBA, sound modules, motion sensors and rechargeable batteries are designed in-house, not subcontracted. Retail-ready packaging is laid out by the same studio so the unit and the box land at the same review.
Plastic, wooden, electronic and pet — designed, tooled and assembled inside the same building. One program manager, one quality dashboard, one bill of lading. MOQs below are starting points; we'll quote off your actual mix.
From bath squirts to ride-ons. ABS, PP, TPR, PVC-free elastomers, food-contact silicones. In-house mold making, pad-printing and tampo decoration. Pantone-matched, drop-test certified.
FSC-certified beech, rubberwood, birch ply. CNC-milled, hand-sanded, finished with water-based EN71-7 inks. Block sets, pull-alongs, role-play kits, Montessori-style learning.
Sound, motion, light, and RC. Rechargeable Li-ion modules, IC sound chips, BLE-ready PCBA. Firmware tuning, audio recording, and UN38.3 battery documentation handled internally.
Dog & cat play built to survive real teeth. Food-grade natural rubber, TPR and nylon, hemp-rope tugs, crinkle plush and treat-dispensers. Bite-force and pull-apart tested in-house.
Every program is engineered against the destination market's standard from day one. Documentation packages are prepared in parallel with tooling, not after the line is running. Independent third-party labs (SGS, Intertek, TÜV) verify before shipment.
Conformité Européenne for the Toy Safety Directive 2009/48/EC. Required for placing toys on the EU/EEA market.
Mechanical & physical properties, flammability, and migration of certain elements. Tested across parts 1–14 as the product requires.
US consumer safety specification for toy safety. Verified by an accredited CPSC laboratory, with a Children's Product Certificate issued per shipment.
Total lead, phthalates, and small-parts tested per 16 CFR 1303 / 1501. California Prop 65 chemical disclosure handled per SKU.
Indicative timeline for a typical OEM run. Your program manager is named on day one and stays with you through to the bill of lading — no handoffs between sales, R&D, production and shipping.
You send a sketch, a reference, or a written brief. We respond within 24 hours with a feasibility note, a price band and an NDA.
Studio sketches, 3D CAD and a hand-finished sample in your hands inside seven days. Up to three rounds of revisions included.
Steel molds cut, PCBA prototyped, packaging proofed. Pre-production sample shipped for sign-off before mass production.
Daily output reports, in-line QC checkpoints, and customer-portal photos at 25 / 50 / 75 / 100% completion.
Third-party AQL 2.5 inspection, full lab test, DOC and CPC issued. You sign release before goods leave the warehouse.
